What if your next big idea didn’t just stay in your head but became a real business before the end of the year?

That’s exactly what’s happening through the exciting new High School Entrepreneur Societies being launched in high schools across South Africa. Powered by the SA Teen Entrepreneur Trust and supported by global partners, this initiative is designed to help teenagers like you turn creativity into action—and action into real-world success.
At the heart of it all is a simple belief: young people have powerful ideas. The only thing missing is the right support, tools, and environment to bring those ideas to life. That’s where this programme steps in.
Imagine joining a group of like-minded learners in your school, all working together to build something meaningful. It starts with the TeenBoss Camp—a fast-paced, two-day experience where you’ll learn how to take a business idea from concept to market. No boring lectures. Just practical, hands-on learning that gets you thinking like a real entrepreneur.

But it doesn’t stop there.

Each school will have a dedicated Champion Teacher who will guide and support your journey. You’ll form part of a small team—one of ten per school—where you’ll collaborate, brainstorm, and build your own business using the innovative “Business in a Box” toolkit. This isn’t theory. You’ll be creating something real, something you can be proud of.
What makes this even more exciting is that you won’t be left on your own after the workshop. There are regular check-ins every two weeks to help you stay on track, solve problems, and keep growing. Your progress could even be featured online, giving you a chance to showcase your work and inspire others.

And yes—there’s a big finish.

At the end of the year, teams will present their businesses, compete for recognition, and celebrate everything they’ve achieved. It’s your chance to shine, build confidence, and maybe even launch something that continues beyond school.
This initiative is about more than just business. It’s about unlocking potential, building confidence, and creating opportunities—especially in communities where access to resources has been limited. By combining entrepreneurship with digital access, this programme is helping to shape a future where young people don’t just look for jobs—they create them.
If you’re curious, creative, or even just a little bit ambitious, this is your moment.
