The vision of the Foundation is to cultivate and promote the entrepreneurial spirit in all our teenagers through seminars, workshops, conferences and exhibitions. We target schools, Universities, Churches and Youth Centres.

The Teen Entrepreneur Foundation is a Trust and registered as a non-profit organisation

Management Structure

The Teen Entrepreneur Foundation is governed by a Board of Trustees and Board Members responsible for the development of the Foundation’s strategic planning and execution, policy development, financial management and direction. The Founder and Managing Director oversees the day to day administration, project management, and financial management of the project.

Financial Management and policy

The Teen Entrepreneur Foundation’s financial management is done in terms of the South African Auditing standards and audited financial statements will be available for perusal at the end of each Financial year. Quality and Performance management

Quality management is part and parcel of the Teen Entrepreneur Foundation. Through its performance management strategy, it is able to monitor and evaluate its volunteers and all its programs. Performance management is reviewed regularly.
