Fitness bootcamp programmes Using proven techniques and certified programmes designed by professionals, a number of fitness boot camps will be run for the school and community.
Programmes are run 2 or 3 times a week per group for 60 minutes over a 6-week cycle. Participants pay a membership fee for each camp. Different types of camps are run for different demographics within the community.
Additional sales of equipment, clothing and bags can be added to the business model.

Plastic glass bottle upcycling Plastic soda bottles are everywhere and can be utilised to create a wide variety of sellable products.
The business will comprise of three phases: Collection and cleaning, Manufacturing and then retail. A full set of instructions will be provided on a number of items describing the tools and techniques of stripping down a bottle into plastic thread and then manufacturing items. Once the basic techniques are learnt, new items can be created according to the needs of the community.
